Waterclock Engineering recently shipped its first set of intensifier fluid plungers. The system these go on can pump water up to 7.5 GPM at 43,000 psi! The intensifier is hydraulically driven. Surface finish, bending, stress, and materials all need to be taken into consideration for this design.
